📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy

At SLIRPZ RIPZ N SHIPZ, we carefully pack every order to ensure your products arrive safely. We offer both domestic and international shipping with tracking included on all orders.

📅 Weekly Dispatch Schedule

All orders are shipped every Tuesday from Lockyer Valley, Queensland.

If you need your order sent earlier, please email orders@slirpzripznshipz.com before Tuesday and we’ll do our best to assist.

Orders placed before 11:59 PM AEST on Monday will be included in the Tuesday dispatch.

🇦🇺 Domestic Shipping (Australia Only)

Standard Shipping (2–8 business days):

• Orders 0–5 kg: $12.50 AUD
• Orders 5.01–20 kg: $20.00 AUD

Express Shipping (1–4 business days):

• Orders 0–4.9 kg: $20.00 AUD
• Orders 5.1 kg and up: $40.00 AUD

🌍 International Shipping

We ship to selected international countries including the UAE, Austria, Belgium, and others.

Standard International (6–27 business days):

• Orders 0–4 kg: $25.00 AUD
• Orders 5.1 kg and up: $60.00 AUD

All international orders include tracking.

🔎 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

If you have any issues locating your tracking info, contact us at orders@slirpzripznshipz.com.

All items are packed in perfect condition before dispatch.

Once your order is handed to the postal service, we are not responsible for:

• Delays
• Lost parcels
• Damage caused in transit

We strongly recommend selecting tracked and insured shipping at checkout for peace of mind.
