🔁 Returns & Refunds Policy



At SLIRPZ RIPZ N SHIPZ, we’re committed to providing a fair and transparent experience. Due to the nature of collectible trading cards and livestream pack openings, not all purchases are eligible for return or refund. This policy outlines what can and cannot be returned, and under what conditions.





📦 Live Pack Openings (Rip & Ship)



All items opened live during our streams are final sale and non-refundable, regardless of pull results.


This includes:


  • Booster packs opened live
  • Pullbox hits
  • Spin wheel and duck race prizes
  • Mystery bundles or random draw items
  • Livestream-exclusive orders



We do not refund or replace cards based on disappointment with card pulls, rarity outcomes, or perceived value.


If you are unhappy with your results, you may choose to forfeit your opened contents back to SLIRPZ RIPZ N SHIPZ instead of having them shipped. This must be clearly requested before dispatch.





💥 Hit Insurance (High-Spend Protection)



We’ve got your back — if you spend $50 AUD or more in a single transaction and pull only bulk cards (no V, EX, GX, VMAX, SAR, or better), you’ll automatically receive 1 bonus Pullbox Hit free of charge.


To qualify:


  • The order must be fully opened on stream
  • No hits must be pulled
  • Total spend before shipping must exceed $50 AUD



No need to request this — we apply it automatically.





📦 Sealed Product Returns



We accept returns for sealed items under the following conditions:


  • Request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
  • Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or faulty



Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.





🧾 Damaged or Incorrect Items



We take pride in packing every order securely and in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@slirpzripznshipz.com.


Please include:


  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photo or video proof of the damage or error



If approved, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.





⚠️ Shipping Disclaimer



Once your order has been handed over to the shipping provider, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by postal or courier services.

All orders are packed securely and in perfect condition when dispatched.





🚫 Non-Returnable Items



The following items are not eligible for return or refund:


  • Opened booster packs or products
  • Pullbox hits
  • Digital entries (e.g., spin wheels, duck races)
  • Forfeited or discarded packs
  • Custom bundle items or surprise products






⏱️ Processing Time



Return requests are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item or proof of issue. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and confirmed by email.
