At SLIRPZ RIPZ N SHIPZ, we are committed to fairness, transparency, and delivering an exciting experience with every order. Due to the nature of live-streamed pack openings and collectible card products, some purchases are not eligible for return — but we always do our best to look after our community.


📦 Live Pack Openings (Rip & Ship)

 

All products opened live during our streams are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, regardless of pull results.


This includes:


  • Booster packs opened live
  • Pullbox entries
  • Spin wheel or duck race prizes
  • Mystery bundle purchases

We do not refund based on pull outcomes, as all packs are factory-sealed and randomized.


However, if you’re unhappy with the results of your live pull, you may choose to forfeit your contents back to SLIRPZ RIPZ N SHIPZ instead of having them shipped. This must be clearly stated before your order is packed or posted.


💥 Hit Insurance (We’ve Got Your Back!)

If you spend over $50 AUD in a single order and receive only bulk cards (no V, EX, GX, VMAX, SAR, or higher), you’re eligible for Hit Insurance.


✅ You’ll receive 1 free Pullbox Hit, added to your order automatically.


To qualify:


  • The order must be opened live on stream
  • No qualifying hits are pulled
  • Order total must exceed $50 AUD before shipping

📦 Sealed Product Returns

We accept returns for sealed items under the following conditions:


  • Return request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • Items are unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Return postage is paid by the buyer unless the item is incorrect or faulty

Once inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method.


🧾 Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in securely packing all orders and ensuring they leave our hands in perfect condition.


If your item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us at orders@slirpzripznshipz.com within 7 days of delivery.


Include:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo or video proof

If approved, we’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

 


🚫 Postal Damage Disclaimer

We are not responsible for damage caused by postal services during transit.

All items are carefully packed and in perfect condition when dispatched.


Once an order leaves our premises, it is handled by third-party couriers. We recommend selecting tracked and insured shipping where available.


⛔ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds on:


  • Packs opened live on stream (unless forfeited prior to shipping)
  • Pullbox entries
  • Spin wheel or duck race prizes
  • Custom items or digital prize entries

 

 


⏱️ Processing Time

Return and refund requests are processed within 5 business days of receiving the item or approval. You will be notified via email once your refund has been issued.
