By accessing or using this website, placing an order, or participating in a SLIRPZ RIPZ N SHIPZ livestream, you agree to the following legally binding Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all customers and all payment methods used on this site or during live purchasing events.



1. Overview


SLIRPZ RIPZ N SHIPZ is a registered Australian business based in Lockyer Valley, Queensland.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of our services confirms acceptance of the current version.



2. Pricing & Orders

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, limit purchase quantities, or restrict access for any reason.

Orders are confirmed only once full payment is received.

Product availability is not guaranteed until the order is paid and confirmed.



3. Rip & Ship Purchases (Live Openings)

Unless requested otherwise, sealed products will be opened live on stream and packed securely for shipping.

All packs are factory sealed and randomized. We do not guarantee specific cards, hits, or values.

Opened items are considered used and are not eligible for return or refund.

If you are unhappy with your pulls, you may choose to forfeit the opened contents before shipping.

Orders over $50 AUD that result in only bulk (no hits) will receive 1 bonus Pullbox Hit under our Hit Insurance policy.



4. Sealed Product Sales

Sealed items may be returned within 14 days if unopened and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or faulty.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once returns are received and approved.



5. Product Disclaimer

SLIRPZ RIPZ N SHIPZ is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., or The Pokémon Company.

All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

All items are authentic, handled with care, and leave our premises in perfect condition.



6. Shipping, Risk & Liability

Orders ship every Tuesday from Lockyer Valley, QLD, unless otherwise arranged.

All packages are carefully packed and inspected before shipping.

SLIRPZ RIPZ N SHIPZ is not liable for delays, damages, or losses once a package has been handed to the courier.

We strongly recommend choosing tracked and insured shipping options where available.



7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, notify us within 7 days of delivery at orders@slirpzripznshipz.com.

Include your order number and clear photo/video proof.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.



8. Refunds, Chargebacks & Disputes

All Rip & Ship openings, pullbox entries, mystery spins, duck races, and digital entries are final sale and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with pull outcomes.

Any attempt at fraudulent chargebacks or misuse of payment systems will result in a permanent ban and potential legal action.

All genuine disputes will be handled fairly and in compliance with Australian law.



9. Livestream Content Rights


By participating in any SLIRPZ RIPZ N SHIPZ livestream, you grant us full rights to record, edit, and publish all footage and content, including:

Pack openings

Viewer interactions or shoutouts

Display of names, usernames, and order activity

Voice comments or reactions from the stream


This content may be used for promotional, commercial, or educational purposes on TikTok, Shopify, YouTube, and other platforms. You agree that no compensation or rights to royalties will be provided for content featuring your purchase or name.


If you wish to remain anonymous or exclude your name from public content, please email orders@slirpzripznshipz.com prior to the stream.



10. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, SLIRPZ RIPZ N SHIPZ is not liable for:

Pull outcomes or card condition

Postal or courier delays, damages, or losses

Indirect or incidental damages arising from technical issues, third-party platforms, or order handling



11. Australian Consumer Law


These Terms do not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

We honour all consumer protections relating to products that are faulty, misdescribed, or unfit for purpose.
